Abnormalities within the face, neck and jaws are can have a number of different causes. Most commonly due to congenital conditions, infection and tumours of the soft-tissue. Often these abnormalities are detected by your dentist and referred to us for diagnosis.
Treatment can involve the surgical removal of abnormalities such as cysts, tumours and non-cancerous growths. The surgical team at OMFS are experts in managing benign and cancerous conditions and have extensive experience in the surgical removal of such abnormalities and post-op care.
